Below, you’ll find answers to common questions about our shed sizes, delivery process, materials, warranty, and more. In-stock sheds are typically available for delivery within 1–2 days.
For custom shed orders, our average build time is 2–4 weeks. During our busy season (spring through fall), build times may extend to 6–8 weeks.
We build each portable structure in the order it's received, so don’t wait, place your shed order today!
We build up our storage shed inventory during the slower winter months, so we can offer a selection of in-stock sheds year-round.
Inventory changes daily, and we do our best to keep our online listings updated.
Don’t see the size or style you’re looking for? No problem — we can custom build a shed to match your exact needs.
We offer free shed delivery within a 20-mile radius of our Grand Junction location. If a pilot car is required for transport, an additional pilot car fee will apply.

Yes, we offer shed kits.
However, please note that instructions are not currently included, and kits do not come with nails or screws.

To place a shed order, we require a 50% down payment.
Once your custom structure is built, we’ll notify you and the remaining balance is due before delivery.
We accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards.
We do not currently offer metal structure builds, but we can add metal roofing to any of our sheds for an additional charge.
T1-11 siding is also available as an upgrade.
All of our standard portable buildings come with 3/8″ LP SmartSide Panel Siding—a durable, engineered wood product designed to withstand the elements.
Features include:
Cedar-textured panels
Shiplap edges for a tight fit
Pre-primed for excellent paint adhesion
A high-end look combined with strength to handle extreme weather
All of our sheds are built with LP SmartSide Panel Siding, which comes pre-primed in a neutral beige color.
To keep the manufacturer's warranty valid, the siding must be painted after installation—unpainted sheds void the siding warranty.
We now offer professional shed painting services, either before or after delivery. Ask your sales representative for a paint quote when placing your order.
We can move most sheds as long as both the pickup and drop-off locations are accessible.
If your shed doesn’t have skids, we can add them for an additional charge.
