Here’s what to know before your shed arrives, including space requirements, access, and what to expect on delivery day.
What to Know Before Your Shed Delivery
Check that there are no overhanging eaves or protrusions from your house near the gate that could obstruct the shed delivery process.
Ensure that the gas meter or air conditioning unit is not protruding into the gate area, as this could obstruct the shed delivery.
Be mindful of any low-hanging power lines, cable lines, or tree branches to ensure our delivery truck and shed trailer can clear them during delivery.
Our delivery trailer is 8’6″ wide, so your gate must have a minimum 9′ width to fit the trailer through. For sheds wider than 10′, we require at least 1′ of additional clearance to ensure the shed can fit through the gate. For example, if you order a 10′ wide shed and your gate is only 9′ wide, it will not fit.

We offer free delivery within a 20-mile radius of our Grand Junction shop. For deliveries requiring a pilot car, an additional pilot car fee applies.
