On-Sites
Make sure you have room for your building. Site preparation involves careful planning. Take a good look at the area where the building will be installed & make sure there is a clear path for the builders to carry sections of wall and floor through.
Do you have a fence? We require at least a 3’ gate to carry walls, floor, and equipment through. We are not responsible for removing sections of fence if you plan on accessing your yard that way.
Keep in mind that walls and floors are typically pre-assembled so make sure there is extra room around corners for wide turns.
Access to the site must be clear. Make sure trees, limbs & shrubbery are cleared. Move items such as grills, swing sets, firewood, cars, etc. out of the way before the building is delivered. Make sure there is a clear path & clean up all dog feces.
All buildings must be 3 feet from property line. Check to see if your HOA has different setback rules. You are responsible to get approval from your HOA.
Do you have power to the site? We need access to a power outlet (Standard 120 Volt outlet).
Wet weather is generally not suitable for delivering a portable building. If your building is scheduled to be delivered & you think your yard is too wet for delivery, please call before your building is brought out. We do not fix yards so use your judgement to determine if it is dry enough for delivery.
We do not provide blocking service. You must prepare a level concrete or gravel pad for your portable building. We recommend that your pad should be level within 4 inches or less.
You are required to provide all permits (if applicable). Contact your town or county offices.
